Our Story
Created by FactorFX and Worteks, 2 well-known French players in open source software, ITSM-NG is a young company based in Rennes (35), specializing in open source software through its eponymous ITSM-NG solution.
ITSM-NG's aim is to provide a service solution enabling companies and public authorities to manage their IT assets with a French, community-based solution, based on usage and user feedback.
